Is that a Jackelope?


Here's the plan:


Goal 1: Wake up at 8am

Goal 2: Drink 64 oz of water and no soda

Goal 3: Walk 1 mile and run 1 mile

Goal 4: Eat no sweet snacks

better get that wife of yours in on your "goals"....i told her that she needs to blow off some steam....so...i am here to encourage you both....i have lost a total of 53lbs to date...since the last time you saw me...i am half a person! anyway, i STILL have things to work on...i have an inreversible addiction to reese's peanutbutter cups...the mini ones. i eat about two bags a week....YUM. sooooo....i cannot seem to just eat the portion size recommended on the back of the bag....what to do....MUST HAVE PB CUPS.....agh......sigh....
